MAX
Max is a refined plastron needle crafted with a 3 mm wide, hand woven horsehair ribbon and a polished horseshoe motif — a subtle but powerful symbol of elegance, tradition and good fortune.
 
Light, timeless and unmistakably equestrian, it completes a competition outfit with both meaning and style.
 
The very first Max was created for Finnish dressage rider Kyra Kyrklund. The ribbon was woven from the tail hair of her legendary stallion Max, and the piece was named in his honour. Kyra wore this needle in the Olympic final in 2008 — a moment that made the design part of our equestrian jewellery history.
