There’s nothing more delightful in autumn than a full gallop across a stubble field! But once you return home, you might crave something warming and uplifting...

For nannasalmi horsehair jewellery it´s been created a signature cocktail that’s sure to warm your heart (and cheeks)! This drink combines the treats horses love, the golden glow of a harvested field and a touch of luxurious sparkle. 'Galloping Carrot'
  • 1 part fresh carrot juice (e.g., Biotta)
  • 1 part fresh apple juice
  • 1 part blended Scotch whisky (or similar)
  • ½ part ginger shot
Shake well with ice and strain into a glass. Top with 2–3 parts dry cava or champagne — the finest bubbles for the finishing touch.
Despite its frosty nature, this cocktail will make you glow... (So would the ring Coco she´s wearing!)
